During the archaeological work carried out in 2020 as part of a construction site at plot no. 16 in Rua Ivens (Faro), contexts of Roman chronology were found. The study of the materials found in these contexts, focused on both ceramics and faunas, allows us to add new data to the knowledge of the Roman city of Ossonoba. The diversity of this collection, which is quite homogeneous in chronological terms, shows the variety of commercial contacts as well as the cosmopolitanism of the city during the Flavian and Antonine periods.
